We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another form of proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please submit your request through our return portal.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: returns that are refunded are subject to a $3.00 restocking fee.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, start a return immediately through the return portal and upload a clear image of the issue. This allows us to review the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards or items marked as final sale.
Exchanges
We offer a 90-day size guarantee. The fastest way to request an exchange is to start a return through our return portal.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
